Dog owner is responsible for picking up waste and disposing in outside trash cans. Area to walk dogs is nearby on property. Smoking/vaping and cats are not allowed.

Cottage style suite (no shared walls with other rooms) has 2 queen beds in one large bedroom with a door. The living area features a sofa bed, cable flatscreen TV, air conditioner/heating unit, and a kitchenette with a stove (no oven), dishes/cutlery, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Please note that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom, but it includes a fan and space heater. Hair dryer and clothes iron are available upon request. The bathroom has a large shower (no tub). Smoking/vaping is not allowed. Up to 2 dogs can stay in this room for a nonrefundable cleaning fee. Hair dryer and clothes iron are available upon request.

Cottage style unit (no shared walls with other rooms) near the front of the property. 1 queen bed in front bedroom with a closet and small desk/chair, air conditioner/heating unit. A door opens to the living area with sleeper sofa, coffee table, cable flatscreen TV. Bathroom with shower over tub. Dining area with table and 4 chairs. Full kitchen with stove/oven, dishes/cutlery, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker. Includes a small back yard with seating area and table. Please note that air conditioning unit is in queen bedroom only and other areas of the cottage have fans and space heaters.
